It is understood that all images remain the property of Ryan Becker Photography and they may be used for advertising, display or any purpose thought proper by the photographer.

NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is illegal to reproduce prints, digital files or any CD or DVD without the permission of Ryan Becker Photography. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

A non-refundable deposit of $350 is due at the time of booking. The balance of the fee is due no later than the date of the wedding, although may be paid at your convenience any time up to the wedding day.

In the event of loss of images due to act of God, damages will be limited to return of paid fees only.

Weddings not in Rapid City are charged $0.50 per mile, round trip, and if the location is more than 100 miles from Rapid City, an additional $250 is required.
